Welcome! This year’s National Assembly will be held in St. Louis from the afternoon of Thursday, September 18 through the morning of Sunday, September 21 at the Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch. The Assembly, on the theme Pilgrims of Hope: Witnesses of the Life of the World to Come, will feature addresses by Mother Anna Grace Neenan, O.P., Monsignor Roger Landry, Sister Rosemary Esseff, O.P., and Montse Alvarado, as well as sessions on the Divine Office, communications and media relations, and religious immigration, among other topics. The Assembly will also include Masses at the Basilica of Saint Louis, King of France (Old Cathedral) as well as our annual business meeting and elections.

Schedule: The Assembly will begin on Thursday, September 18 with Vespers at 5:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 5:30 p.m. and a welcome, presidential address, and social at 7:30 p.m. The Assembly will conclude following 8:00 a.m. Mass and breakfast on Sunday, September 21. New Member Orientation: Orientation for new members will be held on Thursday, September 18 at 4:00 p.m.
Registration fee: $300 per person (includes all meals)
Hotel reservations: Hotel rooms may be reserved at the Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch for $120 per room per night ($60 per person if sharing a room), including taxes. Single rooms (one king-sized bed) and double rooms (two queen-sized beds) are available. Please make reservations through the registration portal below (not the Drury). Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 p.m. The deadline to reserve a room at the Drury Hotel is September 4.
Parking: For those who are driving, parking is available at the hotel for a discounted rate of $20 per day. You will need to have a credit card on file at the hotel for this.
Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by September 12, 2025, less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds can be offered after that time.
Payment: Payment may be made by check or credit card. Credit card fees will apply.
Airport Transportation:
For arrival at the airport on Thursday, September 18, CMSWR will provide shuttle bus transportation from the airport to the hotel at 2:00 p.m. Reservations for the shuttle may be made through the registration portal. The discounted cost for the shuttle bus is $20 each way. If this option does not work for you, please plan to take an Uber or Lyft, a taxi, or other form of transportation to get from the airport to the hotel.
For return to the airport on Sunday, September 21, CMSWR will provide shuttle bus transportation that will depart from the hotel at 10:00 a.m. (after the 8:00 a.m. Mass). Reservations for the shuttle may be made through the registration portal. The discounted cost for the shuttle bus is $20 each way. If this option does not work for you, please plan to arrange your own transportation. You may check with the hotel front desk regarding taxi service back to the airport.
The fare for an Uber or Lyft varies but is usually less expensive than a taxi. A taxi between the airport and the hotel is between $35-$50.
This year the National Assembly is open to CMSWR members (Major Superiors and Vicars) and their Council Members.
